Since Abbi reminded me that I never write on xanga anymore, I vowed to proove her wrong. 

There's been some changes in my life lately. 

#1. I was offered the head coach position at my high school.  I'm very excited and nervous at the same time.  I'm sure it's gonna be a great learning experience and everyone has to start as head coach somewhere.  It's been my goal for awhile that I would someday be head coach for a team.  I just never thought it would be for my old high school.  But I'll take it. 

#2.  I am currently getting all of my info together and am going to be applying for different jobs in my area.  My desire for independence is very strong so I need to start making more moves toward acheiving that goal.  I gave my boss my notice (kind of...I just told her I'm looking for a new job and she said as long as I stay for state inspection, which is July 19 so I'm cool with that.) 

#3.  I'm working hard to finish my nutrition classes so I can add that to my resume.  I'm almost done and I'm very glad!

#4.  I'm learning that no matter what I do in striving to find out God's will for my life, I'm not going to acheive it with a self-centered attitude.  I've learned that it's not what His will is for my life but it's "What is God's will?"  and that, my friends is pretty much the same for every human being.  It's building that love relationship with God.  From there, He will take care of everything.  He may not give you detailed descriptions of what He wants you to do with your life but He will let you know when and where the next step takes place.  As long as we're building on our relationship with Him, He will reveal to us when and how He will use us on this earth.  So after beating myself over the head for the past couple years trying to figure out what God wants me to do, I've realized how simple it really is.  He just wants to love me and He wants me to get to know Him more and more. 

Okay, I'm not promising daily blogs from now on or even consistent weekly blogs.  I'll just write when I write. 

Eee and Sam are married!  Weekend in Pittsburgh/Cleveland.  So nice to see Ashleigh again.  Volleyball reunion which consisted of a lot of laughing...surprise surprise. 

A few highlights:  Panera's, Dinner at Applebee's playing the question game, bowling and wine, driving to the wedding, telling Mr. Miller "don't start without us!" starbucks and the big smiley face balloon, "hit it fast and hit it hard", volleyball table, RP boys bustin a move, staying until after midnight, getting lost on the way home, not getting home until 4am, good talks, church, imaginiff, guthrie and sara, lots of laughs and fun fellowship time!

Good weekend.  But the best part is....it's not over yet!!!

Another baby shower yesterday.  This time for my cousin, Merissa whom I lived with last year.  Her sister-in-law had her baby 2 weeks ago and brought her to show everyone at the shower.  So cute!  It was a crazy fun time.

I met some friends at a coffee shop that is new to the area yesterday.  Actually, one of the guys I graduated with, his parents own the place.  It used to be a Christian bookstore and it still is, but they downsized the bookstore and added a coffee shop.  It was really cute.  They have people come in and play the guitar entertainment.  The drinks were half off last night.  The guy I graduated with, his name is dave, was there and so they closed at 10 but his mom is so nice and she was just like stay as long as you want, dave has a key.  So we just hung out.  It was fun.  I wish I had taken a group picture or something because dave is super hot.  wow. 

After that, I went cosmic bowling with becky and her sister and cousin.  It was really fun too except I smelled SO bad when I came home because of all the smoke.  Gross.  My hair smelled disgusting this morning.  Here are some pics:
